Shanghai Engineering Consulting Co. Ltd. is a large-scale,
broad-coverage and long-history engineering-consultation company in the
field of light industry engineering construction. The company acts as a
consultation agency for utilizing foreign investments, and undertakes
the consultation on domestic and foreign engineering investments,
economy and technology. The scope of consultation covers drawing review,
engineering consultation, cost consultation，etc.
More
than 40 employees work for the company, and among them there are 22
senior engineers with professorships, 14 senior engineers and 3
engineers. Many of them have been employed by Shanghai Municipal
Construction Engineering Safety Quality Supervisory Center as key
members of Shanghai Reconnaissance-and-Design Quality Inspection Team.

The company is one of the
eight drawing-review companies in Shanghai sanctioned by the Ministry of
Construction of China, and has a rich experience in reviewing and
controlling the design quality of constructive engineering projects. In

civil and municipal drawing-review projects, effectively helping the
government to supervise and manage the reconnaissance-and-design quality
and promoting the improvement of the reconnaissance-and-design quality,
thus attaining the goal of safeguarding the public interests and
security.
The company has accumulated
abundant experience of consultation in the engineering fields of
pulp-and-paper making, food industry, household appliances industry,
daily chemical industry, oil chemical industry, automobile accessories
industry, thermoelectric engineering, civil architecture, rock
engineering, etc., and bears a high reputation in these fields.
Presently, the company has completed more than 50
engineering-consultation reports on different projects, the investments
in which have totaled more than 50 million Yuan. It has made great
contributions to the construction and development of light industry.
The company holds a Grade-A
engineering-consultation-qualification certificate, a Class-One license
of the drawing-reviewing, a Grade-A
engineering-cost-consultation-qualification certificate, a
scientific-and-technological-consultation certificate, etc., issued by
the Ministry of Construction of China, the Development and Reform
Committee of China and Shanghai Construction Committee.
The
